We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a small, friendly residential service supporting young adults with learning disabilities in Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, values-driven manager who enjoys working closely with both residents and staff. With a smaller setting, you’ll have the chance to really get to know the people you support, shape the culture, and deliver truly person-centred care.
The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, support, and develop a small, dedicated team
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity for residents
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain a positive, homely environment
About You:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
- Background in learning disabilities care
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- A supportive, approachable leadership style
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
