We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Drivers to join a busy agricultural operation based on Elsham Wold Industrial Estate.
Elsham Wold Industrial Estate - own transport is essential due to location.

Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)

All candidates must start on days to complete training and learn the role

Opportunity to move onto nights (6:00pm - 6:00am) once fully trained

£14.00 per hour (Days)

£15.50 per hour (Nights - once progressed)

Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence

Physically fit and happy to undertake manual duties

Reliable and hardworking attitude

Own transport due to site location
This is not just a forklift driving role. Working within an agricultural environment, duties will include:

Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck

Attaching and handling bulk bags of grain and seed

Supporting general yard duties

Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with manual handling alongside FLT work.
