Summary
We are seeking a Courier Delivery Driver to join our team in DPD Barking Depot. This role is vital in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service. Based in GB, you will play a key part in our logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations within the region.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, adhering to schedules.
- Permanent route every day
- Load and unload packages, including heavy items when necessary.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Valid driver’s license Cat B
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per day
