Hays Cambridge is centrally located with excellent transport links, covering Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon, St Neots, Wisbech, and the wider Peterborough and Cambridgeshire region. The office is led by an experienced team with a wealth of knowledge and long tenure at Hays.
There are two opportunities within the team for both a Temporary and Permanent consultant focusing on public and private sector finance roles, including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Assistant Accountants, Management Accountants and Financial Accountants
The Opportunity
We’re hiring for our accountancy and finance team, and are open to entry‑level candidates, sales professionals looking to pivot their career and experienced recruitment consultants (experience in finance or not.)
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, interviewing, and matching high‑quality candidates
- Making sales calls to prospective clients across the sector
- Building long term relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Developing specialist market knowledge
- Meeting targets and contributing to office growth
