The Role
As an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively contacting prospective customers, generating interest in our car finance solutions, and qualifying opportunities for our Car Finance Specialists. This is a high-volume outbound calling role that requires resilience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 250+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Contact customers from marketing campaigns, aged enquiries, and company databases.
- Build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone.
- Conduct fact-finds to understand customer requirements and eligibility.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities for the Car Finance team.
- Book appointments and transfer qualified customers to Car Finance Specialists.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems and CRM platforms.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow all company processes, compliance standards, and FCA regulations.
About You

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, or a similar phone-based role (preferred but not essential).
Working Hours
- 39 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM (rota basis).
- One Saturday per month: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
