Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Shop Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within our retail pharmacy environment. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store procedures.
Duties
- Manage daily store activities, including stock organisation, merchandising, and sales optimisation
- Oversee sales processes, including transaction handling and upselling of pharmacy products
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and pharmaceutical guidelines
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales, stock levels, and staff performance
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience
- experience within a retail or pharmacy environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging with diverse customers
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative duties within a retail setting
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare product management is desirable but not essential
The pharmacy is located in a nice parade opposite Barons Court tube station and is nice and friendly place to work in.
Pay: £24,420.00-£43,620.99 per year
