Assistant Catering Manager
Full or Part time – 30 – 40 hours per week (straight shifts working both weekdays and weekends).
Salary £31,000 (based on FT/40 hrs)
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to join the team to deliver exceptional customer service – and fantastic coffee! We offers breakfast and lunch in the busy café plus there are several seasonal outlets in the grounds. This new role will work closely with both the Head of Catering and the Shift leads adding additional experience and support to the team, building on the catering success and continuing to develop and improve the catering offering.
The team work day shifts, generally hours between 8.30am until 6.30pm on a rota basis. The café is open daily from 9.30am until 5.30pm daily. There will be some occasional evenings if a special event is taking place such as Supper Club, Private Hire/bars or site wide events such as Outdoor Theatre, Party at the Palace or Sparkle Illuminations.
Pay: £31,000.00 per year
