We are seeking a dedicated Dry Cleaning Assistant to join our professional team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the sorting, tagging, and preparation of garments for cleaning
- Operate dry cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support the pressing and finishing of garments to meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the work area to ensure health and safety compliance
- Handle customer garments with care, ensuring proper identification and tracking throughout the process
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and materials
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills related to dry cleaning processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks with care
