We are looking for a enthusiastic person to join our team as a Care Supervisor. The role is based on 5 days a week (37.5 hours) 8-4pm plus on call duties on a rota basis. £26750 pro rata pay plus 45p per mile mileage allowance. Working days based on a 2 week schedule as follows:
Week 1 - Monday-Friday 8-4pm
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 8-4pm
Job Purpose
To ensure that our clients receive the appropriate support and a high-quality service.
The Role
· To deliver care to Clients to ensure all Care Plans are accurate and up to date
· To cover any outstanding or emergency care calls
· To start care packages with new clients to ensure a quality handover to regular Care Professionals
· Conduct client and Care Professionals introductions.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
· Carry out client reviews and action these accordingly.
· Support and mentor Care Professionals.
· Provide support to the Client Experience team.
· Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals.
· Any other duties as directed by your line manager.
