Salary: £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £16.30 per hour (Level 3) | £14.80 per hour (unqualified)
Hours: Full-time | 4 days/week | 10 hours/day | Permanent, all year round
This is a float role, supporting different Newpark nurseries based on a monthly rota, helping where additional support is needed across the group.
What You’ll Do
As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll help provide child-led, high-quality early years care, ensuring every child thrives in a safe, nurturing environment. You will:
Support the learning and development of children under 3
Plan and implement creative, engaging activities
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding care
Follow nursery policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of practice
Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the setting

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a team member who is warm, attentive, and passionate about children’s development. You will ideally have:
A full and relevant Early Years Qualification (preferred)
Experience working with children under 5 – essential
Fluent English – essential
A flexible, positive approach
Creativity and the ability to implement daily activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children
Ability to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team
Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
