About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our housekeeping team. Cleanliness and presentation are central to our success — our spaces must not only look impressive but also remain safe and hygienic for all guests and clients.
Some areas may require cleaning while events or meetings are in progress, so professionalism, discretion, and strong customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties across assigned areas, adhering to COSHH regulations.
- Manage your time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within shift hours.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor.
