PERMANENT FULL TIME WAITING STAFF REQUIRED
Seventhwave is a busy cafe - bar and restaurant located within Durlston Castle and Country Park in Swanage.
Open daily from 9.30am till late afternoon serving a range of Breakfasts - snacks - all day treats and main meals. We open a handfuls of evenings a year throughout the Summer holidays.
During the weekends and summer season we see an influx of visitors to the park and so this is a fast paced role with quick turnover.
Prior experience in waiting would be preferred but we are also happy to look at candidates who show great willingness to learn and adopt new skills and use their initiative.
- 30 hours average a week ( seasonally this varies from 25-45 hours a week)

Job roles would include:
- Waiting tables
- Taking food orders
- Hot and cold drink preparation
- clearing tables
- Light daily cleaning jobs
- Assisting in Potwash
Hours:
- 5 days a week
- This will include 1 weekend day with the very occasional double weekend shift.
This is a full time permanent role with hours over the winter. We are open all year round except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day
