Due to continued growth, we are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic Garden Buildings Installer to join our expanding installation team.

About the Role As a Garden Buildings Installer, you will be responsible for installing garden buildings safely, professionally, and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Due to the nature of the role, there may be occasions where weekend working is required during busy periods or to complete installations. From time to time, overnight stays may also be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and installation instructions.
- Prepare work sites by organising the tools, materials, and equipment required for each installation.
- Install a variety of garden buildings, log cabins, summerhouses, sheds, and garden offices to company standards.
- Carry out installations safely while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure every installation meets company and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and any site-specific modifications.
- Work closely with the Installation Manager to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Provide a professional and courteous service to customers at all times.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
About You The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous installation, carpentry, construction, or relevant trade experience (preferred but not essential).
- The ability to read and follow technical drawings and installation instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work using your own initiative.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness, including the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends and overnight stays.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
