We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Panel Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality fence panels using a variety of tools and machinery. Duties
- Assemble fence panels according to detailed schematics and manufacturing specifications
- The manufacturing process involves the use of hand tools, power tools and machining equipment.
- Inspect finished panels to ensure they comply with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with management and team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Labelling, Stacking and securing products in accordance with specifications
- General Warehousing duties
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles, preferably with fencing or related products
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent measuring skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
