We are moving away from passive administration and looking for a proactive sales professional to own our inbound digital lead pipeline.
This is not a cold-calling job. Every single person you contact has already reached out to us for help.
Your mission is to take these warm leads from our CRM pipeline and confidently convert them into paid treatment packages and clinical memberships.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Accountabilities)
- Lead Conversion: Manage all warm inbound enquiries via Go High Level CRM (phone, SMS, email, and web chat) to hit a target conversion rate of 90%+.
- Speed to Lead: Execute outbound follow-up calls within 10 minutes of an enquiry using our structured "Double Dial" and 30/60/90 minute rules.
- Pipeline Management: Confidently handle patient objections with deep empathy, guide them to the correct care pathway, and sell treatment packages.
- Patient Reactivation: Proactively reach out to lapsed patients who have dropped out of their care plans to book them back into service.
- Clinic Support: Provide daily lunchtime reception cover (greeting patients, handling calls, taking payments) and support the wider front-of-house team.
This Role Is Perfect For You If…
- You have a strong, proven background in telephone sales, inbound conversion, or target-driven customer relationship roles.
- You are technically confident working with CRM software (Go High Level preference is a major advantage) and digital booking systems.
- You are highly organised, love keeping a spotless pipeline, and welcome a weekly scorecard to track and celebrate your sales progress.
- You are a natural relationship builder who listens actively and guides patients confidently without being pushy.
- You are happy to support front-of-house reception duties and muck in with a busy team when needed.
