We are looking for nursing associates to join our community team in Haringey.
As the Nursing Associate you will work with the multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of holistic care to palliative patients and their informal carers in the Community. We are seeking to hear from a Nursing Associate who has some experience of palliative care, who is team players but also willing to work alone.
You will need to have good communication skills and be able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients. You must be passionate about delivering a high standard of holistic patient care.
