Pay: £120–£150 per day (depending on experience) – CIS
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (15-minute tea break & 30-minute lunch break)
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our growing team working across high-end residential properties in West London, South West London, and Berkshire.
This is a self-employed CIS position offering ongoing, regular work for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities
· 1st and 2nd fix plumbing installations
· 1st and 2nd fix heating installations
· Full house plumbing and heating installs
· Boiler installations
· Heating system servicing
· Basic plumbing duties
· Control rewiring
· Working on luxury residential properties
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer
· Extensive bathroom installation experience
· Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing and heating systems
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Full UK driving licence essential
· Own van and tools required (Van can be provided for the right candidate)
Qualifications (Preferred but not Essential)
· Gas Safe registered
· CCN1
· CENWAT
· CKR1
· HTR1
