The Opportunity
My client is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from instruction through to completion with confidence and autonomy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards
- Delivering outstanding client care at every stage of the process
What My Client Is Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Conveyancer or Fee Earner
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, personable, and client-focused communication skills
