About the role
We’re seeking an experienced, personable dental hygienist to join our friendly team. You will inherit a full, established patient list with expectation to maintain excellent standards of care and grow the list through excellent patient communication and active recall. Full nursing support is provided, most of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality hygiene care and preventive treatments
- Build rapport and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and the clinical team
- Maintain and grow an existing very large patient list, manage a growing list of new patients
- Offer airflow and additional treatments where qualified
- Provide small weekly tutorials and student support for dental hygiene students; more complex teaching supported by the practice principal
- Interact with the Essex University - attending study days

Requirements
- Qualified and registered dental hygienist (GDC registered)
- Strong communication and patient‑care skills; approachable and professional
- Experience managing a busy patient list and promoting hygiene services
- Willingness to participate in student education and deliver weekly tutorials
Pay: £1,000.00-£4,000.00 per month
