We are looking for a junior sous chef supporting our beloved kitchen team. Weekend availability required.
Dove recently opened in Jan 2025, formerly Orasay Restaurant. Dove is a neighbourhood Restaurant in Notting Hill, warm and friendly, seasonal and produce led, owned by Jackson Boxer.

Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef. Involvement in all aspects of daily operation, planning and execution of the menu and leading a team of around 8 others.
Key responsibilities include:
·supporting the creative evolution and growth of Orasay as we push for ever greater accolades
·Supporting our sous and head chef in the management and reporting of financial KPIs including labour costs, stock takes, food GPs and operational expenses.
·Ensuring all key administrative tasks are completed promptly, including HR and health and safety compliance
·Ensuring growth and training for any team member and a leading by expamle additude.
Ideal candidate
- Experience in the role as a jnr sous or ready to grow into it.
- Experience of leading a team of up to 5 team members
- A desire to learn and grow with us as a company
- A love of food, cooking and hospitality
