Redruth / Bodmin (Hybrid Working)
Permanent role with a growing construction business delivering projects up to £5M.

HNC / Degree in Construction (or equivalent)

Experience in estimating & quantity surveying (refurb & new build)

Strong knowledge of tendering processes, NEC / JCT contracts, and financial reporting

Strong Excel / IT skills and stakeholder management

CSCS Card
-
Full UK Driving Licence
Cost management, tendering, estimating, NEC/JCT contract knowledge, financial reporting, CVRs & forecasting, stakeholder management, negotiation, and strong Excel/IT skills.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of construction projects, supporting both pre-construction and commercial delivery.
As a Senior Quality Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering accurate tenders, managing project financials, and coordinating bids to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes.
You will play a key part in supporting business growth, managing client relationships, and maintaining high HSE standards.

Deliver tenders, estimates, and Bills of Quantities (up to £5M)

Manage CVRs, forecasting, and project financials

Coordinate bids and ensure compliance

Negotiate supply chain pricing

Oversee valuations, applications, and final accounts
