Our Rush Court Home is an elegant, Queen Anne style house standing inits own grounds amidst the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside just outside Wallingford. Offering outstanding levels of residential and nursing care and a warm welcome for all.
About the Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Admin Assisntant joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents
What you'll do:
- Manage all incoming communications, including calls, messages, and enquiries, ensuring prompt handling
- Maintain building security, including visitor sign-in/out procedures and key control for staff
- Handle administrative tasks such as post distribution, filing, and diary management for senior staff
- Oversee bookings (rooms, functions, meals) and coordinate related arrangements
- Manage deliveries and invoices, ensuring correct documentation and payments are processed
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager and wider team
Qualification and Skills:
- NVQ 2 or above in Administration
- Proficient in the use of IT
- Care Sector experience is desirable
