What You'll Be Doing:
- Making 500+ outbound calls per day to warm and cold leads
- Engaging with customers to generate interest in solar panel upgrades
- Booking qualified appointments/filling in surveys for our sales team
- Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Learning and developing your sales pitch
What We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle rejection
- A passion for sales and earning big through commission
- No telesales experience required – but if you’ve done it before, even better!
