This boutique, thriving firm is looking for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor / Cilex to join and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Run circa 50 live files with support of a paralegal.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal procedures throughout the conveyancing process.
- Keeping clients informed about the progress of their transactions and providing clear legal advice when necessary.
- Managing deadlines efficiently to ensure all transactions are completed within stipulated timeframes.
In addition to a very competitive salary, excellent commission structure of 10% of all billings, hybrid working of 2-3 days per week, good working hours, and a great working environment with a supportive and friendly team. You will also have your own dedicated paralegal.
