About Us
At Future Chapter Care, we believe every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, loved, valued, and understood. Our home provides therapeutic, relationship-based care for children who may have experienced trauma, loss, and adversity.
We are committed to creating a nurturing family-style environment where children can experience stability, joy, positive relationships, and opportunities to thrive. Our approach is child-focused, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion, consistency, and genuine connection.
We are looking for a caring and emotionally resilient Senior Residential Childcare Worker who wants to be part of a home where relationships matter and where children are supported to heal, grow, and enjoy childhood.
The Role
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will play an important role in creating a safe, warm, and loving home environment where children feel a true sense of belonging.
You will support children through both the everyday moments and the more challenging times, building trusting relationships that help them feel emotionally secure and valued. Alongside supporting children directly, you will help guide and mentor other home adults, modelling therapeutic and nurturing care in daily practice.
This role is about much more than routines and supervision, it is about helping children experience care that is patient, restorative, and meaningful.
