Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Full-Time Bar/Waiting Staff person to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. Duties
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests at the bar and dining areas
- Take orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with established standards and health & safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service areas, including tables, counters, and bar stations
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing used crockery, and resetting for new guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and attentively
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Excellent time management to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- A genuine interest in hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
