Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual service users.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals including GPs, physiotherapists, hospitals, and social workers.
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and regulatory standards.
- Act as Named Nurse for designated service users.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate medication records.
- Carry out clinical procedures and provide direct nursing care.
- Support the admission process for new service users.
- Supervise and lead nursing staff to maintain high clinical standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for service users and staff.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability).
- Minimum of two years’ nursing experience.
- Valid professional registration.
- Strong understanding of nursing care principles and clinical procedures.
- Experience working with elderly individuals, dementia, brain injuries, mental health, or learning disabilities (desirable).
- Ability to lead and work within a multidisciplinary team.
- CPR or relevant nursing certifications (desirable).
- Good physical health to meet the demands of the role.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Right to work in the UK.
