THE OPPORTUNITY:
We looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to grown in the world of Residential Property working across both Sales and Lettings. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in Residential, but not essential, but particularly in negotiation and be hungry for a new challenge. This exciting role requires great drive and a ‘can do’ attitude.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
▪ To build relationships with clients to maintain long term relationships
▪ Negotiating offers between vendors and potential purchasers
▪ Following correct procedure ensuring compliance is met at all times with strict lettings legislations recently being released
▪ Obtaining comparables
▪ Arranging and conducting viewings whilst providing regular feedback to clients
▪ General marketing and administration
▪ Monitoring the progress of sale with vendors, purchasers and solicitors
▪ Overseeing a let through to move in including negotiation of tenancies
AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL:
▪ Have previous experience in property
▪ Have a confident personality with excellent communication skills
▪ Have a proven and quantifiable track record of achieving targets
▪ Be self-motivated, possess a pro-active approach and maintain an outstanding professional customer service approach
▪ Have excellent client care skills and attention to detail
▪ Have a professional and personable approach
▪ Have the ability to work in a fast-paced team, prioritising workload and working alongside other members in the team across the business
