Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Apprentince to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
· Process invoices, expense reports and payment requests
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
· Perform bank reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis and monitor account transactions
· Support with month-end and year-end closing processes
· Prepare financial and management accounting reports and summaries as needed
· Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory reports
· Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to resolve any financial queries
· Provide general administrative support as when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
· Previous experience in an accounting or finance role would be advantageous
· Strong numerical and analytical skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay: From £8.00 per hour
