The Role
This is a seasonal position, until September 2026..
Working between reservations and reception you will be taking care of guest’s reservations, arrivals & departures, phone calls, emails and any requests in order to provide the most memorable guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to move seamlessly between administration & hosting duties, and would benefit from some food and beverage experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently, utilising hospitality software.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Uphold phone etiquette while handling calls and providing information to guests.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

While Rufflets is only a 10-minute walk from the outskirts of St Andrews, it's not on a regular bus route: so please consider your transport options before applying.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
