Are you a qualified Electrical Fitter looking for a consistent day shift in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our engineering department in the ST4 (Fenton/Stoke) area.
The Details
- Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST4
- Shift: Day Shifts
- Pay: Competitive (Negotiable based on experience/qualifications)
- Status: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Assembly: Wiring and fitting of electrical control panels, looms, and sub-assemblies.
- Installation: Running conduit, trunking, and tray work for machinery and industrial systems.
- Testing & Fault-Finding: Carrying out point-to-point wiring checks and using diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Reading Schematics: Interpreting electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications with high accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensuring all work is completed to current electrical regulations and internal safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience as an Electrical Fitter, Panel Wirer, or Industrial Electrician.
- Technical Proficiency: Confident using hand and power tools, soldering equipment, and electrical testing meters.
- Precision: A methodical approach to work with a focus on neatness and safety.
- Reliability: A solid work history with a commitment to standard day shift hours.
