We are currently looking to recruit domciliary care workers to provide high quality support to clients in their own homes/care homes.
This is a Self-Employed position only. UTR Number will be required.
About the Role
As an Agency Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
- Assisting with medication (where trained and authorised).
- Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition.
- Helping with household tasks, including light cleaning and laundry.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with shopping and attending appointments.
- Accurately completing care records and reporting any concerns.
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
- Previous care experience is desirable, but full training is available for the right candidates.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
