What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who are:
- Friendly, positive, and confident when interacting with children and parents
- Passionate about customer service
- Enthusiastic about tea and hospitality
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable team players with a strong work ethic
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends
- Eligible to work in the UK
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties may include:
- Providing excellent customer service within the playground and tea shop
- Assisting children and communicating with parents
- Preparing tea, drinks, and ingredients
- Taking customer orders and handling payments
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store
- Cleaning and monitoring the soft play area
- Supporting the team during busy periods
