Part-Time Chef (Saturday Evenings)
We are seeking a dependable and motivated kitchen professional to assist our Head Chef during our Saturday night supper club service. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a professional kitchen team and takes pride in maintaining high standards behind the scenes.
About the Role
You will support the smooth running of a busy evening service by helping with food preparation, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and assisting the chef throughout service.
Main Duties
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assist with food preparation and plating during service
- Support pre-service prep and post-service clean-down
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations
- Contribute to an efficient and well-organised kitchen during busy periods
About You
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is required
- Able to follow instructions and work proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and consistently available on Friday + Saturday evenings
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
