Fine Lady Bakeries is launching a new product line and we’re looking for Technical Operators to join our team and help deliver excellence from day one.

What you’ll be doing
- Setting up and operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitoring performance and carrying out basic fault finding
- Supporting changeovers to minimise downtime
- Maintaining food safety, quality and hygiene standards
- Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
- Helping improve efficiency and reduce waste
What we’re looking for
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing ideal but not essential)
- Mechanical mindset and practical problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Team player with a proactive attitude
