We are a growing charity with high artistic ambitions, providing small, friendly workshops with our Artist Tutors and Arts Assistants, focusing on mentoring and developing each participant’s creativity and skills.
The Media it! Lead Artist tutor works with our Monday afternoon group - a team of Disabled visual artists. 1.00pm - 4.30pm , with delivery 1.30pm - 4.00pm.

From theatre and music to visual arts, dance and media, our work celebrates ability, imagination, and community.
We are excited to be growing our team and are looking for a Lead Tutor to work with the two Media assistant artists help us run and deliver the Media It! course, as well as capture, share, and celebrate the professional creativity that takes place every day at Bloomin’ Arts. You are required to have at least one years knowledge of inclusive practice. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about people—warm, professional, and willing to engage fully in leading our Media It! group. Although your support may be on the same day each week, the nature of the work means that no two days are ever the same.
In this role you will:
- Support participants to recognise and build on their strengths.
- Help develop and share creative talents.
- Bring your enthusiasm for the creative arts and be keen to share your professional knowledge.
- Use your existing skills while learning new ones with our support.
Flat fee per weekly session £83.50 , with additional fees for planning and team working.
We are in rural location, you will need your own transport to get here.
