Male Support Worker (Driver & Vehicle Required)
Location: Bristol & South Glos (Community-based)
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm & every other Sat 10am-3pm

Who we are:
Stepping Stones is a trusted local organisation that has been providing dedicated home care and outreach support in our community since 1996. We currently support almost 40 service users in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, helping them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
The role:
We are looking for a compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team. You will provide essential 1-1 support to clients with complex needs, working with them to achieve positive outcomes and improve their daily lives. This is a community-based role, that involves travel between client locations.

What you need:
- A full UK driving licence and reliable access to your own vehicle (this is essential for the role)
- Ideally, live in the Bristol area.
- A caring, enthusiastic attitude and excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and commit to providing high-quality support
- Some domiciliary care is required
