About I-COM
We're I-COM, an employee-owned digital marketing agency based in the centre of Manchester.
we are looking for an Email Marketing strategist to come and lead our email offering, working with household brand names. This is an opportunity for a talented and driven email specialist to make a real impact across B2B and B2C campaigns, working with industry-leading tools and platform partners.
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in an email focused role (agency or in-house) and looking for a new opportunity to own all aspects of email marketing.
- Experience with Klaviyo and Klaviyo integrations is essential.
- This is a standalone role - you must be comfortable working as a self starter and as part of a team.
- Experience with Mailchimp and HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Experience in content marketing or design is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities -
- Be responsible for all aspects of email marketing; all delivery, campaign strategies and planning, automations, testing, surveys, integration opportunities. There is design and QA support, but you will be expected to lead the approach to both.
- Ensure that deliverables such as reports, competitor analysis are on time and with meaningful insight. Working closely with the wider teams at I-COM to ensure the client's KPIs are being met.
- Understand and keep a high level of knowledge and proficiency of working with existing platforms and an inquisitive and proactive approach to new platforms and features. Take responsibility for educating colleagues and clients on industry changes.
- Be confident in communicating and presenting to clients and wider stakeholders - including pitches.
- Be proactive in creating proposals for increased budget or new platforms, linked to data, competitive insight, and growth.
- Ensure JIRA tasks are planned and kept up to date, with accurate information for each client.
- Collaborate with Senior managers and Client Service Managers to support an integrated marketing strategy.
- Embrace AI and how it can improve all aspects of planning and delivery - working closely with I-COM’s AI team and initiatives.
- Contribute to agency thought leadership and proposition; panels, webinars, case studies, blogs and social media.
- Ensure relevant accreditations are up to date.
- Develop partnerships with key platforms and partnership/referral programs.

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
