Game Master / Host – Join Our Growing Team at Escape London.
We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team across our Whitechapel and Islington. As our company continues to expand, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-growing, experience-focused business.
As a Game Master / Host, you’ll play a key role in delivering immersive, fun, and memorable experiences for our guests. If you enjoy working with people, thinking on your feet, and being part of a high-energy environment, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and run game sessions to ensure smooth gameplay and excellent guest experiences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding players through rules and offering hints when needed
- Set up and reset game rooms before and after each session
- Monitor game progress and maintain a high standard of presentation and safety
- Take an active role in promoting our escape rooms on social media platforms
- Be open to cross-training at both Whitechapel and Islington as a Game Master
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (essential)
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills like basic DIY.
