The Role: Primary Teaching Assistant
- Location: Feltham
- Commitment: Full-time (Monday – Friday)
- Start Date: SEPTEMBER 2026/27 academic year and beyond
- Salary: from £565.00 per week (term-time only)

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a degree (2:2 or above).
- Has experience working with children or young adults (preferred but not essential).
- Is enthusiastic about motivating and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
- Possesses the confidence to independently support larger groups of students when needed.
- Is adaptable and self-motivated, with the ability to work across different age groups and levels.
- Shares a vision for creating a dynamic and exceptional learning environment.
- Can assess and support individual pupils' needs and progress effectively.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
