Our client an engineering company is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team based in Lisburn.
Pay Rate: £13.87-£14.89 depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.00am-5.00pm Friday, 8.00am -13.00
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Criteria:
- Competent in manual tasks, high health and safety standards.
- Literacy and numeracy and IT skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Use of hand tools, use of access equipment, use of work permits and RAMS
- Building trade experience desirable.
Job Duties:
- Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance for the companies buildings, utilities and external site areas.
