We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to join our friendly team at our beautiful forest preschool.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, well-established setting, supported by a dedicated and experienced team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the preschool, ensuring that children receive high-quality care and learning experiences in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring outdoor environment.
The role includes supporting and leading staff, maintaining high standards of practice, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children in the Early Years.
- Is confident communicating with parents and carers.
- Has the ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team.
- Is organised, reliable, and proactive.
- Shares a passion for outdoor learning and child-led play.

Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL
- At least a level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development
DESIRABLE
- Forest school level 1,2 or 3
- Paediatric First Aid
-Safegurding
- Manual Handling
You will need Paediatric first aid and safeguarding training before starting. We can arrange these courses for you.
You will also need a full DBS check.
This is a part time role of two days. Days can be negotiated.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
