Grooming Paws is on the search for a Qualified and Experienced Dog Groomer. For part time hours. 3 days per week flexible, includes some saturdays
Must be level 2/3 Qualified with experience of all breeds Must be able to complete a groom solely on all breeds. You will be taking on customers ready and waiting and working alone so experience essential no grooming training is provided. This is not a training role.
Grooming paws is very lucky to have a wonderful client base and amazing woofs to groom.
I have built my salon up myself and it is a lovely environment to work from and for the dogs to be in. I'm very proud of how well grooming paws has progressed and I am really looking for the perfect person to fit in with the way I do things.
The perfect person will need to be
Amazing around dogs and have that animal connection and a love of everything dog (the good and the bad) must understand dog behaviour
Top quality grooms finished to a high standard
Reliable and good time keeping
Personality to treat customers well
Ability to work on your own and take pride in every groom.
Duties to include:
All aspects of dog grooming, bathing, drying, brushing, desheding, clipping, scissoring, nail clipping
Salon cleaning, appointment bookings system using Savvy pet spa. Taking payments and being solely responsible for the running of the salon on your working days.
A trial day may be asked and evidence of work is required.
