Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Oral Surgeon / Implantologist to join our specialised dental team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures, including dental implants and other oral surgeries, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive oral surgical assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures such as dental implant placement, extractions, bone grafting, and soft tissue management including sinus lifts, all on X procedures
- Utilise CAD software for planning and designing implant placements and surgical guides
- Interpret medical imaging, including X-rays and CT scans, to inform surgical strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with dental specialists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care instructions to patients
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and health & safety regulations
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Dental Surgeon with specialisation in Oral Surgery or Implantology recognised by relevant professional bodies
- Proven experience in performing complex oral surgical procedures
- Proficiency in CAD software for surgical planning and design
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to oral and maxillofacial regions
- Competence in interpreting medical imaging such as X-rays, CT scans, and other diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure patients and explain procedures clearly
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advances in dental surgery techniques

Pay: £55,487.14-£136,120.95 per year
