We are now looking to employ an experienced building preservation Technician to become part of our team.
Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm & Friday, 08:00am to 15:30pm.
Hourly Rate: Competitive
Job Description
· Loading / unloading materials
· General Down Takings
· Set up and maintain a clean and safe work area
· Damp proof treatments
· Wet & Dry rot treatments
· Woodworm treatments
Knowledge, Experience & Requirements
· Reliable, dependable and proactive approach at all times
· Quick learner
· CSCS Card - essential
· Full clean UK Driving Licence
· Being able to work as part of a team
· Excellent communication skills
· Good eye for detail
· Clean Shaven – essential
· Must be able to meet the demands of the job
