As Restaurant General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operation and overall performance of the restaurant.
You will lead from the front, inspire your team, drive operational excellence, and create an environment where both guests and employees enjoy being part of the business.
This role requires a strong operator who can balance people, performance, compliance, and customer experience in a high-volume QSR environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards across service, cleanliness, food quality, and guest experience
· Lead, coach, and develop management and restaurant teams to drive performance and engagement
· Drive sales, profitability, and operational KPIs while maintaining strong labour and stock controls
· Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and operational procedures
· Manage food preparation and production standards to deliver consistency and quality
· Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to maintain excellent guest satisfaction
· Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory management to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
· Build a positive and accountable culture within the restaurant
· Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of future leaders within the business
What We’re Looking For
· Proven management experience within a QSR or fast-paced hospitality environment
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Experience managing restaurant operations, performance, and compliance standard
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Strong understanding of food safety and operational controls
· A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and lead by example
· Commercial awareness and the ability to drive results
· Passion for hospitality, people development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant General Manager would be highly advantageous.
