We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time Spa Therapists to join our team here at Liberty Spa, located within Liberty Leisure, Wychbold. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments along with customer service to guests of the spa and members of Liberty Leisure, ensuring clients’ expectations are exceeded while maintaining excellent 5* star client care.
Your duties will include:
· Performing 5* treatments to the highest professional standard following full in-house training standards and procedures.
· Taking guest bookings & payment.
· Entering Data accurately to our bespoke systems.
· Undertake full consultation of clients’ requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered.
· Ensuring guests requirements are met during their visit.
· Maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa, Treatment rooms & Managing the associated Laundry.
Serving clients lunch and hosting drinks.
· Ensure exceptional familiarity with all retail products, treatments and recommend to clients.
You will also ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards are adhered to, and will strive to exceed personal and team sales targets and objectives as set. Qualifications and skills required
-Time management and organisational skills are essential
- NVQ beauty therapy Level 3 qualified or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience
-Elemis trained preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a true passion for making guests feel better
-A positive, enthusiastic and flexible individual with a can-do attitude
Hours of work Full Time Tuesday - Sunday
Must be flexible Weekends.
