Approved Workforce are currently recruiting for Bench Joiners to work in a well established and busy workshop in Doncaster.
Our client is a well known and respected refurbishment and fit out company who specialise in the retail and leisure sector.
You will be manufacturing staircases, bars, doors, frames, tables and high end luxury pieces.
Duties to include:-
- Working to production schedules
- Interpreting technical plans and diagrams
- Estimating materials needed and producing cutting lists
- Selecting suitable wood
- Measuring and marking timber
- Cutting timber to required dimensions
- Creating and installing wooden structures
- Using a variety of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Reading and interpreting plans and instructions
You will need
- Previous experience - even minimal as training and guidance can be provided.
- Checkable references
- Keen eye for detail
- Commitment to completing a project
