We are looking for a passionate and professional Bartender to join our team at The Scran & Scallie.
This is a full-time variable hour contract working a average of 40 hours over 4 days. We estimate you will earn around £8,000 in tronc tips*.

About The Role
You will be responsible for always providing an exceptional guest service. You will exceed guest expectations from start to finish and will be the main contact for taking orders, serving food and drinks, processing bills, and assisting other Front of House Team members. You will also liaise closely with the Bar and Reception team members.
Our Ideal Bartender
- Has a background of working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses knowledge of Scottish Licensing Laws.
- Shows a willingness to learn with an ambitious can-do attitude.
- Has an acute attention to detail and can operate in an organised manner.
- Communicates effectively and maintains a positive approach to all tasks and situations.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for world class food, drink, and warm hospitality.
- Is adaptable and able to work on their own and as part of a supportive team.
- Is flexible towards shifts patterns (weekends and evenings are essential).
- Displays pride in their work and strives to meet high standards at all times.
