You’ll take ownership of partner enablement, communications, and campaign execution, ensuring dealerships and resellers are fully equipped, engaged, and excited to promote a cutting‑edge product portfolio.
Working at the intersection of sales, product, and growth marketing, you’ll shape the partner experience end‑to‑end, from onboarding to launch support, and play a pivotal role in accelerating channel performance.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement
- Build and maintain high‑quality partner marketing toolkits that empower partners to promote products confidently and consistently.
- Design structured onboarding journeys that help new partners quickly understand product positioning, value propositions, and available resources.
- Create partner playbooks with clear messaging, campaign frameworks, and go‑to‑market guidance.
Partner Communications
- Own communication across the partner network, ensuring timely updates on:
- New product releases
- Campaign opportunities
- Marketing assets
- Events and promotions
- Maintain strong, consistent messaging across all partner touchpoints.
Channel Campaigns
- Plan and deliver impactful channel marketing campaigns, including:
- Product launches
- Partner events
- Joint initiatives
- Co‑branded campaigns
- Provide partners with ready‑to‑use assets, templates, and campaign guidance.
Product Launch Support
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure seamless partner‑led rollouts.
- Equip partners with the training, messaging, and materials needed to drive adoption of new offerings.
Growth Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to adapt digital campaigns for partner use.
- Ensure all partner activity aligns with brand positioning and wider marketing strategy.
Sales Alignment
- Partner with sales and channel teams to support pipeline growth.
- Align marketing priorities with partner opportunities and commercial objectives.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or channel sales.
- Understanding of OEM, dealership, or partner distribution models.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to create partner enablement materials and marketing assets.
- Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple stakeholders.
Desirable
- Background in B2B technology or SaaS.
- Knowledge of partner lifecycle management and onboarding frameworks.
- Experience delivering co‑marketing or joint partner campaigns.
